ArtificialGames (artificialgames.online) is run by STF. This page explains what happens to your data when you visit the site or play a game. In short: we do not collect personal data ourselves and there are no accounts. The games are free and are paid for by ads that only play when you choose to watch one for a reward.

What is stored on your device

Games save your progress (level, score, sound setting) and the site remembers your language choice using your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

We do not set any cookies ourselves. Our advertising partner may (see below).

Advertising

Some games offer an optional reward, such as an extra life or extra moves, in return for watching a short ad. These ads are provided by Google (AdSense / Ad Placement API). An ad only plays when you choose to watch it.

To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may use cookies or similar technologies and receive information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the page you are on. Depending on your choices and where you live, ads may be personalised or not. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are used.

Fonts

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver the font files, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.

Hosting

Like every website, our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify you.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent and have a concern, write to us.

Your rights

Under data protection laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, the Turkish KVKK and US state privacy laws (including California's CCPA), you may have the right to ask about, correct or delete personal data about you, and to object to personalised advertising. We do not hold personal data ourselves; for data used by Google for advertising, use the Google links above. You can always write to us.

Oyunlar ilerlemeni (bölüm, puan, ses ayarı), site de dil tercihini tarayıcının yerel depolamasında (local storage) saklar. Bu veriler cihazında kalır ve bize hiç gönderilmez. Tarayıcı ayarlarından bu sitenin verilerini temizleyerek istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Her web sitesinde olduğu gibi, barındırma sağlayıcımız siteyi sunmak ve kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için kısa süreli teknik kayıtlar (IP adresi, zaman, istenen sayfa, tarayıcı türü) tutabilir. Bu kayıtları seni tanımlamak için kullanmayız.

Çocuklar

Oyunlarımız genel kitleye yöneliktir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir ebeveyn olarak endişen varsa bize yaz.

Hakların

6698 sayılı KVKK, AB ve Birleşik Krallık GDPR'ı ve ABD eyalet gizlilik yasaları (Kaliforniya CCPA dahil) gibi yasalar kapsamında hakkındaki kişisel verileri sorma, düzeltme, silme ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklama itiraz etme hakların olabilir.
